Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Package Handler to load, unload, and sort freight accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery. This role supports our Midwest operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.25 per hour based on experience, with shifts Tuesday through Saturday starting at 6:00 AM. Candidates must be at least 16, have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to read labels at a fast pace and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Unload packages by hand from fleet vehicles.
• Scan package barcode labels while unloading for tracking purposes.
• Sort each package by zip code, city, or state.
• Stack freight into trailers and routes in a manner to prevent damage and utilize space efficiently.
• Wash fleet vehicles to maintain company image, as needed.
• Perform light custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
