Job summary

You will analyze previous dispatch results to maximize service performance, streamline routes, and coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position provides customer service support and facilitates the smooth execution of operational procedures and systems, with on-site responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Permanent employee status with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Experience in operations or dispatch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and plan daily package dispatch to maximize service performance.
• Coordinate needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer service support (e.g., answering messages, call tags, follow-ups).
