The IMA Group is hiring a Physician Assistant to conduct independent medical evaluations for Veterans pursuing disability benefits tied to service-connected conditions. You'll bring your diagnostic skills to a structured, assessment-only environment — no ongoing management, no treatment plans, no after-hours pages.

Flexible 1–2 day/week schedule fits around your commitments, with work centered on evaluation and clinical documentation and no patient panel burden.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited PA program.
• NCCPA certification in good standing.
• Solid clinical background with strong diagnostic reasoning.
• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Health, Orthopedics, or PM&R is a plus.

• Analyze medical records, imaging, and diagnostic results
• Apply VA disability evaluation standards to your findings
• Draft objective, well-supported reports linking conditions to military service
• Submit documentation through our digital case platform
