Job summary

PhysioEdge Physical Therapy & Sports Performance in Colorado is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join a developing practice. This 1099 contract position offers autonomy, flexibility, and a direct impact on patient outcomes, with pay tied to productivity per patient.

Schedule is 2–3 days per week (M-F 7am–6pm flexibility). Compensation ranges from $25 to $50 per patient, with potential increases as the clinic grows.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation.
• Deliver evidence-based, performance-oriented care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Manage your own schedule, patient load, and days off.
• Communicate with patients, referral sources, and clinic leadership.
• Contribute to clinic growth through professionalism and patient retention.
