Job summary

Windsor Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Terrell, TX is seeking a Part Time Outpatient Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program. You will screen, evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders, delivering skilled interventions.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds, developing care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Administer procedures within the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
