Job summary

Menards is hiring an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member in Williston, ND. This part-time role supports the customer experience by loading and unloading trucks, moving products to the floor, and assisting Sales staff with stock and displays.

You’ll join a fast-paced retail team with on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and store discounts. Weekend availability is a plus as weekend premiums may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move merchandise.
• Willing to work part-time, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support Sales Departments.
• Load and unload trucks and move product to the Sales Floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized Outside Yard area and help with inventory flow.
