Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold and rain.
• Ability to lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively.
• Smartphone required and dependable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Display a variety of outdoor plants.
• Maintain product displays.
• Water all plant materials.
• Develop a watering plan with floral department manager as needed.
• Ensure proper signage is in place.
• Maintain a safe and clean display area.
• Remove and record expired plant material.
• Interact with store personnel and customers.
• Develop positive working relationships with store management and associates.
• Complete reports for each store serviced.
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app.
