Responsibilities

• Providing skilled occupational therapy interventions under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Training patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs (IADLs).
• Recommending and training adaptive equipment under OT direction.
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the supervising OT.
• Collaborating with OTs, PTs, nurses, SLPs, physicians and care team.
• Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation.
