Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team in College Park, GA. The role supports patients across settings with sign-on bonus up to 10k for part-time staff and opportunities for full-time benefits.

You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver OT services, while collaborating with the Director of Rehab and care staff to promote independence and improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to restore function.
• Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
