Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.
• Flexible part-time schedule available.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTA-level occupational therapy per established treatment plans.
• Document and maintain medical records for continuity of care.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for total patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning and family instruction.
• Supervise students and volunteers.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, families and department head.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are secured and available.
