Job summary

NW Orthopaedic Massage in Edmonds, WA is seeking a thoughtful, reliable Licensed Massage Therapist for a part-time, in-person position. The clinic welcomes therapists with orthopedic experience and offers mentoring from seasoned staff, plus opportunities for continuing education and self-care benefits.

Schedule: Approximately 10–15 hours per week across 2–3 days, with evenings Tue/Thu preferred and flexible Fridays/Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Active WA State massage therapy license and liability insurance.
• Strong therapeutic massage foundation with orthopedic experience.
• Reliable, professional, able to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt techniques per patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide orthopedic massage and therapeutic techniques.
• Adjust pressure and pacing to patient comfort.
• Maintain informed consent, draping, boundaries.
• Complete accurate charting and progress reports.
• Educate patients on self-care within scope.
• Discuss cases and collaborate with colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.
