Menards! is hiring for an Order Pick Up & Delivery Team Member on a part-time basis. You will assist customers with online order pickups and help organize deliveries on the sales floor.

This role focuses on friendly customer service, clear communication, and teamwork. The position offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and a $2 seasonal incentive through 10/5/24 plus an extra $3 per hour on weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with online orders and pickups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
