Job summary

TVH in Grayslake, IL is seeking a Warehouse Order Filler to support the distribution center on a part-time schedule. The role emphasizes productivity and accuracy while handling pick tickets and stocking operations.

The position offers $18 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus. Primary duties include reading tickets, selecting correct parts, verifying part numbers, and meeting physical requirements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Visually identify that part in location is correct per description and part number listed on pick ticket
• Use repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, finger, lift, push and pull from floor lever to overhead. Required to; stoop, kneel, crouch, sit and climb or balance. Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 75 pounds.

Performs and completes basic essential functions with a focus on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals within the Distribution Center.

• Use repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, finger, lift, push and pull from floor lever to overhead. Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 75 pounds.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally. Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.

• The Ability to match part numbers and enter data within systems
• Previous experience in warehouse setting is plus, but not required
