Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Certificate.
• Current Oklahoma dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral surgery services with clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with the Gentle Dental team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Perform procedures in accordance with state regulations and practice standards.
