Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active Indiana dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• DEA registration and required sedation/anesthesia permits.

Responsibilities

• Perform oral surgery procedures, including IV sedation, surgical extractions, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, and bone grafting.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for oral and maxillofacial conditions.
• Collaborate with referring providers and dental team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with regulatory standards.
