Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards; follow Joint Commission/National Patient Safety goals.
• Delegate tasks to ancillary staff per State Nurse Practice Act and policy.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and mandatory in-services.
• Support magnet model and professional nursing practice.
