Green Palms Health & Rehab at Crawford in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Part-Time or PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to support our dedicated clinical team. As a Part-Time or PRN Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, working closely with our physical therapists to deliver high-quality care and improve our residents' quality of life.
Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions under their supervision
Perform various physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, as directed by the physical therapist
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy assistance or related field preferred

Pass a state-specific exam or certification process upon hire
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
