Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time or PRN basis. This role is ideal for a licensed physical therapist passionate about working with children and families to promote developmental progress and improve functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional levels.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy programs tailored to each child's needs.
3. Provide home exercise programs (HEP) and train families on how to support their child's progress.
4. Recommend durable medical equipment (DME) to support mobility and independence.
5. Monitor and document patient progress in compliance with regulations and policies.
6. Collaborate with team members and families for a multidisciplinary approach.
7. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and students as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university (Master's or Doctorate).
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate.
• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as required by the state.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and a love for working with children.
