Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire in Rye, NH is seeking a compassionate Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our growing team. You will provide personalized, high-quality in-home care, helping clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care or clinical caregiving settings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding following dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.

Requirements:

• Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
• Dementia Training Certification a plus
