Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced RN Circulator for the Operating Room on a part-time basis (24 hours per week, 2 x 12-hour shifts). The role emphasizes patient safety, collaboration with physicians, and a dynamic learning environment within Mercy's OR team.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in the state (or compact licensure), have 1 year of critical-care or OR experience preferred, and possess Basic Life Support certification (or obtain within 30 days).

Formación

• Education: Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Preferred experience: 1 year of critical-care or Operating Room experience.
• Licensure: Maintain current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or complete within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
