Job summary

EOP Development LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a reliable college student to assist with a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks. The role is paid on a 1099 contractor basis at $13 per hour with flexible hours.

Duties include mowing, trimming, snow shoveling, moving light furniture, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, and waste removal, with 10-15 hours per week and weekend availability.

• Mowing lawns and trimming hedges.

• Assist Maintenance Technician with daily tasks.
