Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Active Oregon optometry license.
• Ability to provide general and comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens examinations and fittings, and medical optometry care.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and comprehensive eye examinations and provide routine vision care.
• Perform contact lens examinations and fittings.
• Provide medical optometry care within your professional scope, including evaluating and managing ocular conditions.
• Explain findings and treatment options clearly, coordinate referrals and follow-up when appropriate, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with practice staff to support a welcoming patient experience and efficient care delivery.
