Job summary

Gresham Optical and Vision Clinic in Gresham, Oregon, seeks a dedicated optometrist to join a growing practice. This part-time role offers 16-24 hours per week with 2-3 days and flexible scheduling to meet patient demand and support work-life balance.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings (including specialty and multifocal lenses), and medical eye care such as glaucoma management and dry eye treatment, educating patients throughout their care.

Qualifications

• OD license in the state of Oregon.
• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited school.
• Strong clinical skills, patient-focused approach, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings incl. specialty and multifocal lenses.
• Deliver medical eye care including glaucoma management and dry eye treatment.
• Educate patients on eye health and treatment options to ensure informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records using a modern EHR system.
• Support clinic flow in a part-time schedule (16–24 hours per week).
