Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic in Peoria, IL. The role operates in a community-based outpatient setting, with on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling, and a team-based care approach focused on seniors.

The position is an independent contractor (1099) with 1 weekday per month (Monday–Thursday) and hours 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois optometry license.
• Experience treating senior populations preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments.
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
