Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensed to practice.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Optometric care through standardized protocols.
• Collaborate with MOD and store team to drive KPI results.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical care.
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Provide staff training and guidance on company programs.
