LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care at our Kissimmee location. The role emphasizes delivering the brand promise, ensuring high-quality eye care, and collaborating with store leadership to drive results.

The position is part-time, focusing on comprehensive optometric services, patient education, and teamwork with the MOD and SMM to provide superior patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with licensure to practice.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of medical optometry, including billing and coding.
• Knowledge of surgical care and practices pertaining to optometry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver high quality optometric care in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through KPI management and accountability.
• Establish LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post‑op surgical activities as applicable.
• Provide patient‑centered service and educate patients about their eye health and vision.
