Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Independent Contractor (1099) role offers 1-2 days per month with 8:30 AM–4:30 PM hours in a clinic-based setting serving seniors.

You’ll perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, prescribe corrective lenses, and collaborate with the clinic team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program.
• Active New Mexico optometry license.
• Experience treating senior populations preferred.
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments.
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
