Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Minimum two years of practice as an optometrist.
• Experience with vulnerable populations preferred.
• Current PA optometry license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vision tests and examinations.
• Diagnose refractive errors and ocular diseases.
• Prescribe eyewear, meds, and treatments within scope.
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborate with care teams and families for coordinated care.
• Provide patient education on eye health and lens care.
