Warby Parker is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. You will practice under the clinical direction of supervising optometrist(s) and deliver high-quality eye care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to stay updated with clinical practices.
• Not on LEIE list and eligible to participate in government programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Collaborate with store team to enhance patient experience and grow eye exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions; educate patients on options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory standards.
• Maintain State Licensure and CE requirements.
• Be a visible clinical presence to educate patients and team.
• Use EMR tools to streamline care and ensure precision.
