Comprehensive Mobile Care in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) for outpatient clinic work on a 1099 basis. Schedule is 3–4 days per month, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with on-site care in a community-focused setting serving seniors.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose ocular conditions, prescribe lenses, and collaborate with an integrated care team to deliver high-quality vision care with flexibility and support.

Qualificações

• OD degree from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana optometry license required.
• Experience treating senior populations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments.
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within scope of practice.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide treatment recommendations.
