Target Optical is seeking an Independent Doctor of Optometry to work within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor in Minnesota. This Associate Optometrist role offers flexible part-time hours and the autonomy to provide high-quality eye care.

Pay terms, practice model and benefits are negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor; eligibility requires an active OD license in Minnesota and commitment to patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry eligible to practice in Minnesota
• Experience in private practice and patient care preferred
• Ability to work as Associate in subleasing model
• Flexible part-time scheduling available

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations and ocular health assessments
• Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and refractive errors
• Collaborate with Subleasing Doctor to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
