You will lead patient examinations, collaborate with the MOD and SMM, and provide postoperative care as applicable, while maintaining state licensure and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the brand promise and highest quality Optometric care.
• Collaborates with MOD, SMM and store team to maximize results.
• Provides pre/post-op surgical support (if applicable).
• Conducts eye exams and creates patient-specific eyewear recommendations.
• Maintains state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Leads by example and contributes to a positive team culture.
