About the Optometrist Opening

Ballard Optical is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Optometrist to join our growing team on a Part Time basis, compensation is above market. The available days are flexible and we are ideally looking for someone between 1-2 days Monday through Thursday. We are a full scope practice that provides patients with comprehensive eye examinations, ocular disease treatment/management, contact lens fittings and co-management services.

Our practice is equipped with Optos, IPL/RF, OCT, VF, iCare and we utilize Crystal for our EMR/PM. We have an amazing patient base and take pride in providing the best care for our patients and team!

For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFH), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment.
