• Independent practice with terms negotiated with the Subleasing Doctor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients within the practice.
• Work as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the Subleasing Doctor's practice.
• Maintain professional autonomy within agreed terms and patient care standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and recall systems as appropriate.
