Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a part-time Desktop Support Technician with strong Microsoft Intune imaging skills to join a split-site role between Princeton, NJ and West Chester, PA. The candidate will handle on-site desktop hardware issues and printer support, working autonomously with occasional remote coordination with the India team.

Responsibilities include imaging with Intune, general troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware across PCs and peripherals. This role is onsite and contract-based.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune Imaging and on-site troubleshooting.
• Ability to work autonomously on-site with limited remote backup.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and hardware troubleshooting for PCs and printers.
• Perform Intune imaging and ensure devices are provisioned correctly.
• On-site problem solving for hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with India-based remote support for escalations.
• Assist with basic office troubleshooting if needed.
• Repair or replace printers and manage paper jams
