Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics; or Master’s degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics
• Must have basic computer software and internet skills
• Must be a Florida resident
• Must obtain MDC Online certification by successfully completing specific online training provided by the College upon hiring

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning in online courses
• Manage online courses through the LMS and its tools
• Interact with students online via discussion, chat, and email at least three times a week
• Evaluate and advise students
• Provide feedback on the course to course developers
• Participate in departmental and College affairs
• Perform other duties as assigned
