Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring a Direct Order Fulfillment associate in West Chester, PA. You will accurately pick GIANT Direct orders in-store while following safety, food safety, and sanitation practices. You will greet customers, assist with online orders, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely, accurate pickups.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Problem solver who is willing to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use computers and other communication systems to perform job functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must understand company policies and safety regulations to complete duties.
• Must meet ergonomic/physical requirements and performance standards, with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools required for the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately match items from the customer's online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools and equipment.
• Substitute items for customers when requested.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated parking spots or drive-through.
• Differentiate various types of produce merchandise and varieties.
• Bag or package merchandise per company policies and label/store items for pickup.
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance per company policy.
• Observe and follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team on special projects and other duties as assigned.
