This role involves scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely communication in a clinical office setting.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in medical office setting preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication required.
• Ability to prioritize calls and multitask in a fast-paced office.
