• Assesses patients, conducts screenings, and documents findings using standard scales and protocols.
• Provides patient care and treatments, including medication administration, procedures, and disease management under RN supervision.
• Delegates tasks to nursing assistants and adheres to regulatory standards.
• Educates patients and families on care, treatment, and risk factors, ensuring understanding and documenting education provided.
• Maintains accurate, timely medical records and documentation, and utilizes critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
