Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate daily lesson plans and activities aligned with curriculum.
• Plan instruction to meet objectives based on student needs.
• Monitor attendance and coordinate with program leadership on absences.
• Review student progress and implement plans to reduce withdrawals; target 80% success rate.
• Notify leadership when a student's grade drops and address learning needs.
• Maintain and update student grades and transcripts after each sequence.
• Ensure safety and supervision in the classroom.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
