Job summary

Campfire Collective in Memphis, TN is seeking a Content Kindler to capture on-site photo and video content for client accounts, edit photos, and create engaging reels for social posts. You will attend client shoots and events, post live stories, and deliver organized content that fits client brands.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in content creation, a phone with a quality camera, basic editing skills (CapCut preferred), and comfort engaging with people at events.

Qualifications

• Proven 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation with a phone portfolio.
• Ability to capture high-quality photo and video on-site.
• Experience editing for social platforms and delivering ready-to-use content.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video on-site for clients across venues.
• Attend client events and follow shot lists for live postings.
• Post live stories during events and upload to Google Drive.
• Perform basic photo edits for client-ready images.
• Edit footage into engaging reels using CapCut.
• Coordinate with Client Expedition Managers on shot lists and timelines.
