Role: Part-Time on Call Janitor

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Starting Wage: $15.96/hr

After 520 hours worked: $21.79/hr

Hours: Need to be available to pick up shifts on 2 of the 3 shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) 4-5 days a week

About The Role

The Union Janitor plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our Sterling Heights facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept in pristine condition, which directly impacts the overall productivity and morale of the workforce. The janitor will work collaboratively with other team members to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, this role involves adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment effectively. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
