Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests with high-quality care and customer service. This part-time and on-call opportunity offers immediate start and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, delivering emergency services, documenting care, and maintaining a safe environment while complying with company policies and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State EMT License required.
• State Driver’s License required.
• BLS certification and NREMT certification preferred.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.

• Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Take pride in providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Use appropriate EMT skills to provide care including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment and tools.
• EMTs operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safety policies, and traffic laws related to the operation of emergency medical response vehicles.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.

• Driving record compliant with company policy

• Pass Physical Agility Test

• Some work experience, preferably healthcare

Preferred Qualifications:

• Related experience in healthcare
