Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Cook at our Roseville, CA community to prepare hot and cold menu items on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line. The role requires ensuring proper preparation, portioning, and serving per menu cycles and recipes.

Experience in senior living is preferred; requires strong organization, communication, and food safety practices. Weekend availability is required and meals and uniforms are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety.
• Must be able to work weekends.
