Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic team members for part-time roles as oil change crew members and lube techs. No experience is required — we train you on changing oil, replacing wiper blades, checking tires, and other light maintenance, so you can grow with the team.

You can earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions; we offer paid training, weekly pay, and a fast-track path from crew to manager, with many leaders promoted from within.

Qualifications

• No experience required — we train you on oil changes and light maintenance.
• Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and grow with the shop team.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and replace oil filter.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
