Job summary

Sterling North America Inc. is seeking an Office Cleaner/Fulfillment Associate for part-time hours in Suffolk County, LI. The role involves keeping a clean, safe facility and handling fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, labeling, and shipping prep.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience, be reliable and organized, and be able to follow instructions. Shifts run Monday through Friday mornings, with a supportive team environment and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning/maintenance experience.
• Comfortable with industrial cleaning products and handling waste.
• Ability to read and follow instructions/work orders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.
• Must be available for assigned shifts and emergency call-ins.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restrooms, windows).
• Restock kitchen, restroom, and office supplies.
• Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Assist with floor care (carpet cleaning).
• Fulfillment tasks: pick, pack, label, inspect, and prepare items for shipment.
• Handle and process work orders accurately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse/storage areas.
