Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum Age: 16+ years old.
• Education and work history demonstrating work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing team member.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
• Physically able to stand for the entire shift and perform tasks including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide a clean, secure and safe environment for occupants.
• Perform cleaning tasks: trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom cleaning.
• Execute the cleaning plan for the building effectively and cost-efficiently.
• Collaborate productively with ServiceMaster team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
