Qualifications

• Must have prior law enforcement experience.
• Must possess a Maryland State Security License.
• HR218 or LEOSA required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a commanding presence with strong customer service.
• Enforce contract standards and employment guidelines.
• Administer site safety programs and follow post orders.
• Identify and escalate deficiencies or failures promptly.
• Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and effectively.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
