Job summary

Opportunities for Positive Growth Inc in Fishers, IN is seeking a board-certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide direct OT services to individuals with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities.

This part-time, facility-based position offers flexible hours and the potential to expand to full-time. Starting hourly pay is $25/hour and is competitive based on experience; supervision by a licensed OT is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current NBCOT certification and Indiana OTA licensure.
• Ability to work legally in the United States and lift up to 50 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid competency after orientation.
• Preferred: at least 1 year experience with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services under supervision of a board-certified OT.
• Work with individuals of all ages with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to foster skill development for clients.
• Part-time, facility-based role with potential to increase to full-time; flexible hours.
