The position requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, NC licensure, and at least 2 years of OT experience with adults facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and NC license.
• At least 2 years of experience providing Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with adults with mental health challenges.

Responsabilités

• Works with residents using a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach with evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborates with the recovery team to develop and implement the Seven Domains Recovery Plan.
• Provides individual OT sessions with residents or community members by referral.
• Creates and implements OT groups and documents curricula.
• Completes assessments as part of care planning.
• Provides OT consultation and training to staff.
